Effective 28 August 2026. LinguaMatrix is an educational English expression and fluency service provided under the NANDAX brand. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Free, Preview and Premium access

The Free plan provides a useful core experience. Eligible Free accounts may activate one time-limited Full Fluency+ Preview. The Preview is server-timed, cannot be reset by clearing browser data, and may use representative subsets of proprietary Premium content while exposing Premium workflows. Fluency+ Premium unlocks the complete paid experience shown on the Plans page.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

Premium may be purchased on a recurring monthly or yearly basis at the price shown before checkout. Payments and recurring mandates are processed by Razorpay or Cashfree. Applicable taxes or provider/bank requirements may be presented at checkout.

Cancellation

You can request cancellation from your account. Our service requests cancellation with the active gateway and records the paid-access period. Where the gateway confirms an end-of-cycle cancellation, Premium remains available through the recorded paid period. Provider processing may take time to reflect in the account.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the transaction circumstances, applicable law and the payment-provider state. No automatic refund is promised by these terms. Contact __SUPPORT_EMAIL__ with the account email and transaction reference if you believe a charge requires review. Never send card, UPI PIN or banking secrets.

Educational limitations

Expressions, coaching, exam practice, speech transcript comparison and optional AI output are learning aids. They are not legal, medical or other professional advice and are not official IELTS/TOEFL scores or guarantees of examination results.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use LinguaMatrix for your own lawful learning and communication. You may not scrape, bulk-extract, resell, redistribute or systematically reconstruct proprietary Premium datasets, bypass access controls, attack the service, or use automated means to obtain content beyond normal product use. NANDAX and its licensors retain rights in the product design, software and proprietary curated content, subject to any third-party rights stated separately.

Account responsibility

Keep your account credentials private and use accurate account information. We may restrict abusive, fraudulent or security-threatening activity.

Availability and changes

Browser speech capabilities and third-party payment/service availability can vary. We may improve features, pricing or these terms; material subscription changes will be communicated as reasonably required.
